Authenticated with Authority

Due to the unique way we at Antiquities, Plus… perform our evaluations and descriptions of all items sold, we offer a 100% lifetime guarantee on all items sold through our gallery to the original buyer. We will defend the original item ‘for free’ in any Court of Law, and against any recognized authority in the item’s field, as to its approximate age and description, for the original buyer. The item must be in its original selling condition (minus acceptable wear, such as from light dusting only), and our guarantee will not cover substitutions, nor further restorations beyond what we have disclosed prior to sale of the item whether performed by us or others. Jurisdiction for all disputes with the original buyer will be maintained in the State of Arizona, and if the item is for re-sale outside the State of Arizona, it is understood that all our travel costs and expenses will be solely the owner’s obligation, and must be provided a reasonable time prior to any Court date. No per diem charge will be accrued for Court appearance time. All of our original documentation, descriptions, photographs and microscopic indicator photographs are archived and will be at the disposal of the buyer. All ages of items purchased are understood by all parties to be approximate, as stylistic opinions vary so widely, and our assessments are based upon sound, current archaeological data at the time of original purchase from Antiquities, Plus....

Antiquities, Plus… reserves the right to defend the sold item with any or all of the representatives working with us at the time, and to add further authorities to our team as needed. All items will be sold in “as described” condition and no refunds will be made for casual 'changes of heart' by the buyer. All parties to this agreement agree to be bound by all the above referenced statements.

[Note: For those who feel they must share our photographs with 'Professional Experts' who seem to be able to tell real from fake & restored from in-situ solely by photographic examination, please get these responses in writing, as this is what we offer to all our clients. We do not claim to possess this 'unique ability' to 100% authenticate a piece by photograph alone, without physical and close-up examination of the item.]
